Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jansen Consulting Group was founded after years of change management, project management, and analytics experience through a great variety of organizations of different sizes and industries across the world.

Before entering the field, our founder served in the United States Peace Corps.  It is there that he learned defining lessons on how to (and how to not) inspire and implement change in significantly different cultural environments.

These core lessons are coupled with years of management consulting experience to inform the general philosophy and practices of our firm.  Our mission on every engagement is to help our clients promote positive behavior change within their organizations.
